As usual you can customize everything by clicking on the checklist tile and start typing your own challenges and responses. A proper guide will follow for checklists, but the editor should already give you good hints.

If you spend anytime creating a custom checklist, I strongly recommend saving it as a custom sheet so you don’t lose your work to a cookie cleanup.

You can also create a new Checklist from the “New Sheet” feature, which allows you to pick a page type between “Tiles” and “Checklist”

My personal take: I tried many off the shelf checklist and could never find anything I liked (something configurable that’s easy to read). I started creating my own laminated checklists about three years ago and went through many versions. Hence, the ability to easily customize and re-print is really handy. This is replacing a cumbersome excel based checklist for me.
